Information used by the workspace
Sign-in provides your site-specific account identity and display/contact details. The service stores account-owned conversations, notes, tasks, generated text files, usage records and payment-review records. Customer records are selected using the authenticated account on the server.
AI processing
When you send an AI request, the prompt, relevant conversation context and requested tool results are sent to the configured model provider. Provider policies can differ. Do not include passwords, OTPs, API keys or UPI PINs in chat or notes. This is not an end-to-end encrypted messaging service.
Payments
Checkout stores the order reference, expected amount and receiving UPI details. If you submit a payment reference, it is visible to the owner for bank-credit review. KRX does not collect your UPI PIN, card details or bank login. Raw UPI links do not provide an automatic payment-status API.
Local device access
This cloud app does not upload the owner’s laptop files, browser sessions, WhatsApp history or personal inbox. It does not gain access to your laptop or signed-in accounts merely because you use the website.
Managing information
You can delete individual conversations, notes and tasks from the workspace. Payment records may need to be retained to resolve billing. For access, correction or deletion requests not available in the interface, contact aasaansevahub@gmail.com.
